If you experience billing, activation, or product-access issues, contact support as soon as possible with your purchase email, product name, and any license details available.
General guideline
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 14 days of purchase, especially where the product has not functioned as described or activation could not be completed after reasonable support.

- Successful product activation and normal use after purchase
- Abuse, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund requests
